An intense and fun course for ages seven to thirteen, aimed at improving individual skills and enhancing confidence.

We have a full time coaching team, who will be joined by a professional UK rugby coach who is coming out from the UK (previously a player for Gloucester and Leeds rugby teams).

Pembroke House has exceptional sporting facilities – boys will focus on rugby, Girls on netball, and there will also be opportunities to enjoy and be coached in swimming, tennis, squash and other ball games.

The course is primarily residential, and Pembroke House has stunning boarding facilities, with boys and girls in separate houses. All food is provided and there will be fun and games in the evenings. A non-residential option is available with the day running from 9am to 4pm.

A tournament and BBQ will be held on the final day.

50 places are available at KSh 18,000 per person and there are 20% discounts for siblings and those not staying overnight.
